Just to refresh your memory we would like your attention to review this process to make sure that you too will have the quickets possible return time on your warranty qeustions. To process your warranty claims as quickly as possible we kindly request your to file your claim according to the procedure describes below:

• The warranty claim form has to be filled out completely
• After receiving your claim you will alway receive a confirmation from ABS with an unique RMA-number.

• Clearly put the RMA number on EVERY package
• Put a copy of the confirmation you received from ABS in the package

• Warranty claim form (Microsoft Word-file)
• Warranty claim form (Adobe Acrobat PDF-file)
