 The winter is the most demanding time for a lot of parts that are fitted below the car. The braking system is well equiped to the harsh winter condition, but will have accelerated wear. Due to small rocks and salt that are used for keeping our roads safe in combination with the high temperatures that are common in a friction brake system the brake caliper is especially vulnerable.
